Refund and Returns Policy

At Loopin Ventures, we provide digital services and solutions, not physical products. As such, returns do not apply. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be granted if services are not delivered as agreed upon in the service contract or project scope.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 working days of service delivery.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed development work or delivered software once approved by the client.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized software development after project approval and commencement.
  • Advisory or consultation sessions already completed.
  • Subscription or maintenance services that have already been used.

3. How to Request a Refund

Clients must submit a written request to loopin.ventures@outlook.com, including details of the service, invoice number, and reason for the request. Our team will review the case and respond within 10 working days.
