1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be granted if services are not delivered as agreed upon in the service contract or project scope.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 working days of service delivery.
- No refunds will be issued for completed development work or delivered software once approved by the client.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized software development after project approval and commencement.
- Advisory or consultation sessions already completed.
- Subscription or maintenance services that have already been used.
3. How to Request a Refund
Clients must submit a written request to loopin.ventures@outlook.com, including details of the service, invoice number, and reason for the request. Our team will review the case and respond within 10 working days.
